In Leicester Square last night I came across this guy who had trained his dog to hold a copy of the big issue in it’s mouth. As you can imagine people found it cute and contributed to his evening nightcap.

It got me thinking about how I go about marketing products online, have I captured the emotional element? Is that why people were so willing to hand over their hard earned cash?
